Gyny Swepston

Gyny Lynn Swepston, 54, passed away at home on Friday, March 8, 2024. She was born on January 1, 1970 in Siloam Springs, AR., to Oscar Swepston, Sr., and Wanda (Allyn) Swepston.

Gyny touched the lives of many with her love for dancing, the beach, nature, and cats. She was known for her warm and welcoming personality, never meeting a stranger and cherishing time spent with her family.

Gyny was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Swepston, Sr.

Survivors include her mother, Wanda Allyn, daughters, Brittiany Swepston and Bunny Swepston, brother, Oscar"Sonny" Swepston, Jr.,along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life service to celebrate Gyny's life will be held at Hart Funeral Home In Tahlequah on Friday April 5th at 4:00 pm.
