John William Curry passed away on May 9, 2026, at the age of 77.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Elsie Curry; his siblings, Michael Ray Curry, Mary Curry, Danny Dewayne Curry, Elsie Marie Ross, Paul Edward Curry, and James Curry; and his nephews, Jonny Curry and Ronny Curry.

John is survived by his siblings, Donnie Curry, David Curry, Billie Wolfe, Martha Chavez, Edith Brown, and Ruby Weiss, along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

John enjoyed fishing, drawing, small engine repair, collecting Hot Wheels cars, and working word puzzles. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to family and friends whenever needed and will be remembered for his kind and helpful nature.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
