Shirley Brannon was born August 1st, 1949, in Bunch, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Dororthy and Leroy Girdner. She attended Hungry Mountain Grade School and Cave Springs High School. She passed from this life on June 11th, 2026, in her home surrounded by family. She was a beloved mother, cherished sister, amazing nanny, and friend.

Funeral Service 2 PM, Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Roberts And Hart Funeral Home in Stilwell, burial to follow at Hungry Mountain Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 15, 2026 from 4 PM until 7 PM at Roberts And Hart Funeral Home in Stilwell.

She lived a life that served the Lord and was a long-time member of the Wauhillau Free Holiness Church. She married the love of her life Estell Brannon on October 1st, 1966, and they were married just shy of 60 years. From this union came Sherry Brannon of Welling, Oklahoma and Glenda Allen of Bunch, Oklahoma. Her hobbies included yard selling; primarily funded by Estell's check book. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren and great grandsons. She made sure to attend every activity they were apart of and always made sure they knew how much they were loved. She never failed to make sure everyone's bellies and hearts were full. She also enjoyed many trips to Branson.

She is survived by her loving husband Estell of the home, two daughters Sherry Brannon, Glenda Allen and husband Steve Allen. Four Grandchildren Shylia Allen, Shyanna Pack, Kash Allen and wife Morgan Allen. Two Great Grandchildren, Quest Pack and Kasyn Allen. She is also survived by her Brother Tub Girdner and a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Leroy Girdner. Siblings, Jug Girdner, Wanda Girdner, Gail Scott, Bridie Christie, Jim Girdner, Herbie Girdner, Rodger Girdner, and Rick Girdner.

Pallbearers for Shirley include Kash Allen, Bob Girdner, Simon Girdner, Jason Girdner, Steve Newman, and Ronnie Brannon.

Honorary Pallbearers include Quest Pack, Kasyn Allen, Chase Girdner, and Hunter Tinsley.
